We have started to discuss the show floor layout with many companies who are ready to select their booth locations. You might think this it is rather early to select a booth location, and still want to wait. We highly recommend that you select a space quickly. The floor will fill up very quickly.
The Off-Road Markets Sponsorship Packages will be published on the same day as the vendor application. There will be opportunities for every budget level. We will reach out to learn more about interest and discuss the budget options.
We are launching several special activities, including a Product Presentation Stage, Product Showcase, Silent Auction, and Show and Tell. These are opportunities for direct interaction with the audience. There will be limited availability due to time slots and presentation spaces.
Each event locations has different rules and regulations regarding services, food & beverages, and pricing. We will provide vendors with the Exhibitor Service Manual about 6 -8 months in advance. We will post a link to the vendor packages.
Working with food and beverage groups at event facilities is not an easy task. We will include information and forms in the vendor package. If you plan to provide any food or beverages in your booth, it is essential to read the vendor information carefully or contact Event Management.
We have successfully managed this concept at other events, and it is usually selling out within 5 to 10 days of the program's launch. There will be 20 slots for companies to introduce products for the off-road market. It is a super-hot opportunity to reach off-road enthusiasts with your 10-minute Product Presentation. You do not want to miss this marketing opportunity.
Your company will be able to present off road products in a line of product showcases. We will inform the audience about the product, company name, and event location. We will mention your company on the website, social media, and other event information.
Your company will directly connect with the audience to discuss installs, modifications, and product specifics. You have the opportunity to present vehicles with the installed technology. One of the best marketing tools available at any event.
The Off-Road Markets Industry Sessions Program will provide important industry insight. Don't forget to register for some of the top content sessions.
